Will never do this again, got a refund, voice verification sucks, tried doing the course twice, and had two fails, not about to use this garbage course ever again, AARP in general does not even seem to be worth joining anymore, seeing very little if any benefit to it...

The course is repetitive, tedious, and not very useful at all. The intended audience seems to be either seniors who shouldn't be driving due to age related physical impairment . It is repetitive, banale, and useless. They force you to click silly icons that then...

Paid 29.95 for the 6-hour online safety course. After each unit, there is voice recognition to verify that it's really you. On the day I purchased the course I was only able to complete one unit, I had passed the first voice recognition test. Logged back on a few days...

AARP Driver's Safety course? Sounds like a scam to get more money from seniors.

2nd day of trying. repeated calls to customer service. Will not let me even start the course. I want a full refund. And they screwed me for my court appearance. I'd rather take the full penalty than keep messing with this. Extremely angry. Worst part is I'm sure I will...

This is not a four hour class. It’s repetitive and closer to six hours. Almost every time they bring up a new menu, you have to click on each individual item for a new lecture on the same things you already learned about. How about some real driving instruction? Not so...

Not sure if this is targeted at sixth graders or senile seniors with dementia. So much repetition and rehashing with completely unneeded information, Moves at a snails pace and does not allow jumping over repetitive sections. If a pretest was provided and used to...

My wife is in the midst of taking the AARP course, and she and I both find it to be moronic. Worst course you could imagine. It makes you wonder what AARP is doing offering it...

I took this course several years ago. NEVER AGAIN. It was stupid, slow and condescending. Sounds like it is for a 95 year old couch potato. If you are this immobile and stupid, you should stop driving. It seriously told you to do exercises to help you drive better....

Agree completely with the reviewer. Worst course you could imagine. Completely irrelevant for 95% of AARP members.

It took two long phone calls before I could get registered for the class. I should have known there would be more problems on the way. I took over 25% of the course, then pressed exit, wanting to finish the course the following day. It is now the following day,...

This course is terrible, it does not save any work you do. It made me retake the sections over and over again. Not to mention, they have stupid sections like showing you exercises and the history of driving. Great, next time I have a flat tire, at least I know when the...
