i have to get this driver safety course done so i can go to court and show i did it. i got through part 2 which was horrific as it took soooo long - but i got it done.

lo and behold the program locked up. it is not user-friendly, i originally started in google chrome and had to move into internet explorer to get it to work. i called the aarp help line and was told at 6:30 at night that they are experiencing a high number of calls - so i sat on hold for 20 minutes - decided to go with the "press 1 and we will call you back " option - which also does not work.

look aarp - i'm 66 years old and i am tired of things not working. get your *** together.

I also am trying to do the course. Every time I try to log on, it gives me my husbands login.

I think the customer service is very very poor. They will not change the name on it until he is around to call and approve.
